Drew is currently a personal chef/caterer in San Diego, CA. He has studied food and wine at two of the worlds most advanced culinary institutes, The Culinary Institute in Hyde Park and its sister school The Culinary Institute at Greystone in Napa Valley. Drew started working in his family’s restaurant at the age 13 with ideas of pursuing a career in art. The combination of his artistic ability along with working in the kitchen led him down the path into culinary arts. Drew has ventured into opening restaurants in Seattle and San Diego. A love for the outdoors, Drew has all the respect in the world for ingredients making the journey from the earth to the table. He has created menus of sophistication describing his cuisine as Global using modern technology and classical technique.
